Each Barshell Designs product is carefully made and inspected before shipping.
Because many of our items are personalized or handmade, returns or exchanges may be limited.

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Custom orders (including engraved or personalized pieces) are final sale once production begins.

Many of our items — including bracelets, watch bands, and keychains — come in a beautiful mesh gift bag.
We may offer additional wrapping options during checkout (as available).
