Barb and Shelly have been friends since fifth grade — and let’s say, after a few decades of laughter, road trips, and a few friendly debates, they’ve perfected the art of working together. What started as selling someone else’s jewelry turned into a “why not us?” moment when they spotted a simple leather bracelet at a show. That spark evolved into Barshell Designs — a labor of love (and occasional banter) that specializes in leather strap bracelets, leather Apple Watch bands, and laser-engraved wood and slate gifts.

Barb is the calm, detail-loving artist who refuses to let anything less than perfect leave their booth. Shelly is the energetic sales pro who can “sell ice to an Eskimo” and keep everyone laughing while she does it. Together, they balance creativity and chaos in the best way possible — one design, one bracelet, one coaster at a time.
